Our History
Our History
Our story begins in Central Texas, in the great city of Austin, where our chef and owner was raised and worked in the industry for several years. He grew up around Southern BBQ and South Western cuisine.
There, he learned his art and created his own style. He did this while moving across the Southwest, working with great chefs in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, moving up the northwest to Vancouver, British Columbia, making his way east to Ontario, and eventually settling in the Southern Ontario to raise his family.
While honing his culinary skills throughout his journey, he developed a strong belief that the customers’ needs are most important.
